Hanabe Studio is based in the Japan and the default currency on our website is set to USD. We accept payment in Japanese Yen, US Dollars. Prices may change due to sudden rise of market prices without prior notice.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information as well as promotional or gift card codes at checkout.

Hanabe describes the detailed size of the product.

This size is based on the actual product. Size notation methods vary depending on the brand, so be sure to check the actual size before purchasing.

All measurements are taken with the product laid flat. Please allow for some errors in the actual size.

(For products that are difficult to measure, such as products with complicated designs, approximate dimensions are displayed.)

Orders can take 1-7 business days to process before shipping.

We ship to 100+ countries via DHL or EMS (Japan Post). The shipping courier cannot be chosen by the customer.

Domestic shipping is handled by Yamato, Yu-Pack or Sagawa (Japan only).


Available payment options are Bank Transfer, American Express, Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Google Pay and more.

Domestic shipping: shipping fee 900 yen nationwide (tax included) *Free shipping for orders over 10,000 yen (tax included).

International shipping: all international shipping costs are calculated based on each garment’s destination and weight.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs.

If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our studio.

Returns Policy

Since all the products we handle are one-of-a-kind, and in order to prevent replacement, as a general rule we do not accept returns. We take all possible measures to ensure the products.

​Returns and exchanges are generally limited to products that are different from your order or are defective.
We do not accept returns due to customer’s convenience, such as dislike of the product or the product being different from what was expected.

Please be sure to contact us before purchasing if you have any concerns about the items listed.

We do not accept any changes/cancellations after placing an order. In the case that changes need to be made to the order, or cancellation has to be made due to unforeseen reasons, a handling fee of 10% of your order total will be required.
